I am glad you’re here. These terms help us keep our work together safe, transparent and effective.

Who I work with

You must be 18 years or older to book a session.

Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked through my website.

Your session is confirmed only after payment is made through the payment link provided.

Time Boundary

Sessions will start and end at the scheduled time despite your late arrival.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session without any fee.

If you cancel late or do not attend the session, the session fee shall still apply.

During Sessions

I will listen with care, support deepening of your awareness, and work with you on your therapy goals.

But please know that:

    •  I cannot promise specific results.

    •  Every person responds differently.

    •  Change takes time, consistency, and honest participation.

Confidentiality & Safety

Everything you share is kept private except in rare situations where:

    •  you are in physical danger,

    •  someone else is in physical danger,

    •  a child, elderly person or vulnerable adult is being harmed,

    •  I am legally required to share information.

I will let you know if such a situation arises.

Technology & Online Sessions

For online sessions, you will need a stable internet connection.

If technical issues occur from your side, I may not be able to extend or refund the session fee.

If issues occur from my side, I will reschedule without cost.

Ending the Work

You may stop sessions at any time.

We may also pause or end sessions if we feel:

    •  I am not the right fit for you,

    •  your needs require a different form of support (such as medical or psychiatric care).

I will always discuss this with you respectfully.

Not a Crisis Service

Kannadi Collective is not an emergency or crisis line.

If you are in immediate danger or distress, please contact local emergency services or a trusted medical professional.

Updates

I may update these terms when needed. Continuing to use my services means you agree with the updated terms.
