FAQs about therapy with Kannadi

Read through before contacting me for an appointment. This information is key to providing transparent, structured and effective therapeutic care.

What is therapy?

Psychotherapy is a safe place for you to be yourself, and explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours regarding your life situations, experiences, challenges and problem areas.

I provide an environment that is warm, accepting, confidential and professional where you can feel safe to get in touch with your emotions, share your thoughts and discuss your behaviours. I support you to reflect, express, identify patterns and join the dots. All these processes happen in the safety of the therapeutic relationship. Aside from working on your challenges, you will also be able to recognize your strengths and identify resources within yourself and your environment.

Please drop me a message through my website. You can also email me at arundhati.dantewadia@gmail.com.
